What began as a personal mission to find comfortable and stylish business attire for the founders quickly evolved into a brand that provides an alternative to traditional business wear. With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, the brand has gained a reputation as a leader in the industry, expanding into new markets.

The case:

To increase its social presence on Instagram, we tailored a growth strategy that included the following:

- content creation of assets that are relevant to the brands' audience

- a well-integrated influencer strategy and collaborations with other brands

- developed a strategy for ads management.

 

By implementing these strategies we were able to increase the Instagram followers by 34%, from 56,400 to 75,900 in less than a year. This increase in followers resulted in a remarkable 700% increase in engagement rate, from 0.5% to 4.5%.

To achieve these results, we first analyzed Shaping New Tomorrow's audience and developed a strategy to reach and engage with it, by creating different marketing personas. In order to reach a wider audience, we then implemented an ads management strategy that used engaging and appealing content made by us and by influencers.
